drtalks.ai hosts the DrTalks doctors dashboard and the DrTalks connectors for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. The sections below set out the terms for using them.

The agreement that applies

These Terms of Service are the binding agreement for the DrTalks services provided at drtalks.ai: the doctors dashboard and the AI-assistant connectors.

Your account

Using the dashboard requires an account. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including activity by anyone you invite to your organisation.

Connectors for AI assistants

Connecting an AI assistant to your DrTalks account is optional. The connectors are read-only: they retrieve analytics for the sites you run and cannot create, change, or delete anything. You can revoke a connection at any time from the assistant.

The assistant itself is operated by the provider you chose, not by DrTalks, and your use of it is governed by that provider’s terms.
