In your dashboard, choose the site you want to connect, then open Integrations → GetHealthy Store. You will need three things from your store:

• Store URL — the base address of your storefront.
• Store code — the code of the store view whose products you want recommended.
• Access token — an integration token with permission to read products. Read access is all we ask for; DrTalks never writes to your store.

Paste them in and save. If your store team manages these credentials, forward them this page — the token is created in your store admin, not in DrTalks.

• Test connection checks your credentials and reports what it can see, without importing anything.
• Sync now imports your products. Run it after you connect, and any time your catalog changes and you do not want to wait for the weekly sync.
• Connected catalogs re-sync automatically once a week, so ordinary catalog edits reach the assistant on their own.

Products are recommended only when your chat objective is Sell Products, or when a visitor asks about products directly. They never appear inside a medical answer.
