Everything you need to get your DrTalks chat widget up and running on your website.
Connect a GetHealthy Store or Shopify catalog first — tracking has nothing to attribute without one, and orders sent before a catalog is connected are ignored. There is no setting to switch on: tracking starts as soon as your store serves both snippets below.
These two snippets go on your online store, not on the website hosting the chat widget.
Fullscript dispensaries do not need any of this — they report their orders automatically.

</script>Your store platform or developer fills these in from the completed order. Send the real values — the totals you report are the totals your revenue reporting will show.
Once a chat-referred visitor completes an order it appears on your site's Overview page. You can also confirm the install from the dashboard: Setup & Docs → Installation Docs shows the date of the most recent tracked purchase.
If nothing arrives, the usual causes are the pixel missing from the order-confirmation page specifically, or the snippets being added to the site hosting the widget instead of the store.
